With nearly a decade of experience in high-acuity and holistic nursing, I bring a grounded, evidence-based perspective to the delicate complexities of psychiatric mental health. My journey as an RN has taught me that true care requires both the scientific rigor of medicine and the soft, intuitive wisdom of the human spirit.

Our telehealth practice is intentionally designed as a Digital Sanctuary; a private, restorative environment where you can explore your healing journey from the safety of your own home. By integrating the principles of Skychology, we utilize the natural calming effects of the horizon and sky to help you shift your perspective, allowing you to navigate your journey with newfound clarity and calm."

While Skychology is a beautiful heart of our practice, we believe that the most important part of therapy is meeting you exactly where you are. Healing is a journey that requires different tools at different times. If our expansive, sky-centered approach doesn't feel like the right fit for your current needs, we will always prioritize traditional, grounded psychiatric care to ensure you feel steady and secure.
